So this fun little track came out of a little practice session with a metronome. I was supposed to be practicing playing the guitar against a metronome, just to get better at keeping pace with the time. My producer suggested I do that, so I did. Yet apparently, I got a little too carried away on Garageband and ended up recording the strumming I was doing. It sounded good, but I guess not good enough to turn into a complete song. I began ad-libbing to it and for some reason, a line from an Ed Sheeran song popped out and landed itself on a vocal track. It sounded good, so I went with it.
So here’s a little hommage to Ed Sheeran, entiled “All good things (you need me, I don’t need you).“
