Shop Information
You may use my digital printables as printed elements on cards, journals and other projects you make for gifting and limited sale (i.e. making journals to sell), and submit for publication. But please do not copy, edit, or redistribute them digitally or physically, and take credit for them as your own. If you wish to cite them on your website, please link to the product page in my shop.
All ecourse and membership content is copyrighted by Tiffany Julia (aerialovely). Do not copy, share, or redistribute any part (words, images, and videos) of the courses or membership content and take credit for them as your own. Do not share the private web address of the course or membership. If you wish to link to the course, please link back to the course or membership product page. Thank you.
All digital printables, ecourses, memberships, and ebooks are final sale.
Due to their digital nature, there are no refunds on any of the printables, ecourses, memberships, or ebooks.
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
The checkout process is through Stripe using your credit/debit card, or through Paypal. With Paypal, you may make payments using your credit/debit card, Paypal funds or bank account. You do not need to have a Paypal account to order from our shop. Please note, we do not store any of your personal credit card information on our site.
Processing + Shipping
All physical items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday) upon final payment.
Items are shipped through the US Postal Service (USPS) via your preferred method of shipping, which you choose and pay for upon checkout. All prices are based on weight and destination, and come directly from the USPS pricing system. A $0.50-$1 handling fee is also applied. Please note that all International customers are responsible for all custom and duty taxes.
Domestic order shipping options include First Class Letter/Parcel/Package and Priority Mail. International order shipping options include First Class International Letter/Package and Priority Mail International.
Delivery times will vary by method chosen, but for the most part, First Class within the US will arrive in 5-7 days, with Priority Mail arriving in 2-3 days, and First Class International Mail will arrive in 2-4 weeks, with Priority Mail International arriving in 6-10 days.
All Priority Mail comes with $50 insurance and tracking. I will try to provide tracking to all First Class orders whenever possible.
Note: We are not responsible for lost packages once they have entered the postal system. If you believe a package to be lost, please reach out to your local post office. If International, packages may get stuck in customs, so reach out to your customs office as well. If you purchased Priority Mail shipping and your post/customs office is unable to provide you with help, please Contact Me.
